T-Mobile sold the LG G7 ThinQ to my wife and I, now T-Mobile is refusing to take it back for an upgrade.
What do we do with our G7 ThinQ phones ?

Erase them and sell them on Swappa. Since their older LG’s and LG doesn't sell phones the values of the phones will be diminished.

Devices taken for trade-in are usually very popular devices currently and devices made within the past 2-3 years. As mentioned, LG no longer makes mobile devices and hasn’t for years now. You could keep the device as a backup, just in case you lost or accidentally damage a newer device.
