Unable to send texts or receive texts from non I-Phone users

Purchased new phone from T-Mobile in November 2023. Transferred contacts from previous AT&T I-Phone.  Many non-I phone users did not transfer over. I am unable to send and receive text messages from non I-phone users.  When I text I receive a message UNABLE TO SEND MESSAGE-Message blocking is active.

How do I unblock  the message blocking?

You can reach out to Customer Care at 611 and have them remove it or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to have them remove it.  There is also a known issue with iMessage not sending and receiving texts to and from Android devices.  This is an Apple issue and is intermittent.


Thank you for the quick response!  Was able to go to my account, Manage Message Blocking, and turn off Block Chargeable Text and Picture Messages. Tested sending and receiving. Working now!
