worst home internet ever

Spent 3 days setting up home. All of a sudden every device offline and could not reconnect.  Tech support guessing.  Try this. Try this.  Factory reset which means reset everything.  Sadly back on xfinity.  Will never recommend this service. Too many bugs still

Look at the LEDs on your devices (like your router) to see if they are connected to the Internet. If your modem is not connected to the Internet, your router won’t be able to connect either. Try connecting a device directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable and check if you can access the Internet. If you can, your modem is working correctly. If not, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance. Reconnect your modem to your router and power cycle both devices.
