Hello! I recieved email that my primary phone number had been cancelled (balance was too low).
I transfered money , then recieved confirmation email, and instruction to create new account.
Since then my sim in "not active state" (no signal).
To sign up (create new account )i have to recieve SMS to the my phone number, but it still have no signal (not active!).
What should i do?

Once a SIM is deactivated, you need to purchase another SIM and when setting up your new prepaid account, choose a number. Your old number may or may not be available at that time.
