what a joke now you guys making us use bank info to pay my bills now.

and It's been 7 years and still can't change or even order on your website and app.

and you guys also missing up people's bills all the time.

i never missed a payment for 7 years and I'm always getting my bills missed up.

and t mobile Cheaps out on customer service’

getting people from the Philippines they are very uneducated.

not to be mean.

i have to call 4 or more times to get things fixed on my account.

i can go on and on.
