Having same problem Only have home internet service with T-Mobile It says I’ve been approved but won’t accept my login
Just received email saying offer approved and get invalid login when attempting to activate.
Successful using my mobile phone number (not T-Mobile) rather than the gateway number in my account.
Go to promotions.t-mobile.com and click on Check your submission status.
This is the easiest way. Check status then scroll to the bottom of the next page and click redeem.
