TXT unsent

13 year our business has been with T-Mobile but this latest problem has us on the verge of moving. So this is a last hail Mary to see if we can find a fix.

Over the last month two lines get the same problem “ unsent txt... change to SMS or RCS...”. It will come in 10 to 15 minutes after sending a txt.   Some times the txt will send but take two or three hours before it is received. This problem happens randomly, so not all the time. And it happens with full bars or not full bars, It happens on Wi-Fi or not 

What has been tried:  5 times and hours on the phone with T-Mobile tech support. uninstall txt AP, tried a different AP, cleared cashes, reset network settings on both phones.

Any thoughts?

sim cards perhaps? you can probably swap the sim cards between two phones you know work and then see if they start having issues or if they continue to work fine..if they work fine then its not a sim card issue and points at the phone...if the problem follows the sim cards then its safe to say its the sim cards.
