I had a home internet plan for over 12 months with no issues. I recently switched over my phones and have had nothing but issues and lack of communication.
The system ask me to manage my netficks account - but then states:
Oops your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit. To get this benefit , change your plan.
Local store has spent several hours on it. Opened a ticket. I called and spent 3 hours on it and they cant find the ticket or the issue. Local store reached out to regional support - no follow up.
I am at a complete loss of where to go next? I have spent a lot of time on a simple issue.
