I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF TMOBILE! I CAN ACTUALLY SAY METRO AND CRICKET OFFER THE SAME SERVICE FOR LESS HEADACHE!!! MY BILL HAS BEEN UNSTABLE SINCE I OPENED THE ACCOUNT EXACTLY A YEAR AGO! I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY MONTH TO TRY AND SOLVE ISSUES ON MY BILL AND THIS MONTH MY BILL WENT FROM $238 TO $1,070!!!!! I CALLED AND IT WAS ALL TMOBILE ERROR!!! IF I HAD NOT CHECKED BEFORE HAND THE AUTO PAY WOULD Have TAKEN THIS AMOUNT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN I CALLED TO RESOLVED THE ISSUE THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME BACK ONCE THE ISSUE IS FIXED AFTER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE. NEXT DAY I CHECKED AND OF COURSE THEY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE! NOW I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN!! I CANT WAIT UNTIL IM FREE OF THIS SCUMBAG OF A COMPANY!!! **** YOU T-MOBILE!!!
