Increase Bill Payment

Just got a message that my bill will increase. What benefit I receive, if any, for having to pay more? Aside from just getting the message of “hey we are increasing your bill!” Don’t you guys think we and the consumers deserve an explanation to “why?”

“Inflation shouldn’t be an excuse to jack up prices just because you can get away with it. But that’s The Carriers’ way,” said Mike Sievert, CEO, T-Mobile.

They’re just another carrier now.

As a long time customer for many many years, throughout all the terrible coverage to where it’s finally decent. This price increase is a slap in the face.

 

I’ll be looking at other services now. T-Mobile isn’t the deal it once was. Just start calling yourself Verizon 2.
