I’m switching from T-Mobile to another carrier, I owe on two devices, can I still switch and pay the device over time or I have to pay it off fully?

You will need to reach out to Customer Care to get the answer.  If you are closing your whole account.  Probably not.  If you are keeping at least one line with T-Mobile.  It might be fine to continue on a payment plan for both devices but that would have to be discussed with Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile device or by reaching out to the T-Force Team by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Twitter or Facebook.

I believe you will need to pay off the devices before you would be allowed to use them on another carrier.
