Good Luck-I am still paying for this internet and not using it.The latest was- I cannot cancel the service,until they get the modem back-Which I still cannot do!!Please TMobile fix this!!
please just post the address for the return- Why is this so hard ??
Tmoblie is scamming people with this internet, I have tried 5 x to return the modem-I still have it and being billed for it. Now they tell me they cant cancel the acct, without having the returned modem!!!!Scam…. nothing should be this time consuming or hard…Time to switch carriers… I am so mad at this company.,
This is completely , crazy!!No business should cause this much grief in returning a item, that is not working for them,Especially, since they promised all these things to the customer. Tmoblie is making it hard to return-i have not used my modem in over 60 days, and i am still paying , as i wait for them to send me the lable.Just got off the phone again.. and now they want more info, to send it out. Time for me to switch phone carries too!!
I picked up my Tmoblie modem from a store, they refused to take it back- 2x then I called customer service who promised me a lable to my email, never recived/still being charged not using at all. Just got off the phone with customer care again, and now theystill will not send the label, because of acct. holder information? I told them please read comments-this is already been ok, i just need label.Tmobile is scamming people with this internet returns- nothing should be this hard. I have been a customer for years… looking to switch after all this time wasted. And i still have the modem.
