Dual eSIM on iPhone 14
Does anyone know, definitively, if one can have two TMobile lines on an iPhone 14? Today, I have an iPhone with a physical SIM and and eSIM. Both are TMobile lines — what Apple calls “cellular plans”. I had to return an iPhone 14 because a TMobile store could not transfer both lines to that new iPhone. The support site is (as always) confused and out of date. “Experts” I contacted online are anything but. I’m surprised that TMobile hasn’t has enough time to consider this use case and provided details to customers and staff on if, how and when this can be done — or if it’s not possible.
Apple TV 3rd Gen not connecting to Tmobile Home Internet; it is not asking for password and give connection error.
Apple TV is not connecting to Tmobile Home internet. When I select WiFi, Apple TV does not ask for a WiFi password. And gives error, can’t connect to WiFi. The Apple TV does ask for password if I select other WiFi like Fios etc. Should I create a separate 2.5G network, and what configuration would I need to setup for this. I spoke with Apple and also T-Mobile tech support, no one has a clue, Thnx
Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
This is a Description of our Complaint with T-Mobile and the BBB:For the past almost 3 years we have had all of our family cell phone lines with T-Mobile. We switched over from Verizon about 3 years ago because we responded to a promotion offered by T-Mobile whereby offered much better coverage at much better prices. Turns out that their marketing in advertising campaign was misleading and inaccurate at best. From day one, the coverage and reception was below any basic level of acceptance causing phone calls in messages to drop or fail at a rate off three failed for one success. After a few months, I complained with T-Mobile, they profusely apologized and told us to be patient because they were in the process of rolling out their new 5G Network and also merging their Network with sprints, and they said that the coverage and service issues will greatly improve in a matter of weeks or a couple of months at the most. When this didn't happen, I called to request a transfer of service and t
T-Mobile is becoming the Old Sprint after merger? Horrible Customer Service, service, ALL 611 calls directed to Philippines
T-Mobile, you once pride yourself in providing your customers excellent customer service, network service and no hassle billing.. You honored that commitment prior to merger with Sprint. Many of us switched because of it. What is going lately???!! For the past several months it seems like you’ve now become the old Sprint. For the last 10 months, I have not spoken to a US T-Mobile Rep at all. All my calls are directed to reps in Philippines, long hold and wait times of 2 hours or more, now problems with billing, you’re not honoring promos ie: applying funds for trade in as promised, commitments and advertisements, speak to supervisors, managers, no follow up nor follow through, repeating the same issues several times, no resolve or resolutions, there’s no team of experts, billing issues go unresolved, overseas reps reading off scripts and this has become exactly like what I experienced at Sprint. There’s countless other complaints in T-Mobile community, social media, reviews and article
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
good morningMy name is Heimar Murcia and I have been a loyal customer of T Mobile for more than 15 years. I personally consider that the product that you offer to the market is a very good quality product, excellent and I could say that it is currently the best. Unfortunately, in my personal opinion, I believe that they have completely neglected the most important resource of any company, THE HUMAN RESOURCE, and it is thanks to this that I have made the difficult decision to move to one side of your company and find another that will help me. offer something similar to what I have, basically, on the recommendation of the people you have in the customer service line. Here the situation presented in my account,A couple of years ago, I went to a T Mobile store to find out about a product that offered WI FI for my vehicle, due to a personal situation, I had to move for long days and someone recommended that I buy it, the employee of the the first thing he did at the store was to assign a n
Anyone else having issues sending/receiving picture messages from Iphone to Droid?
Recently switched to Tmobile, another family member got an iphone, I had to get a Galaxy, and now we cannot send or receive picture messages from one another. I went to the store and they said “ they were having tower issues” but when I called customer service it showed no issues. They suggested using a different messaging platform… I don’t have time for that and my family member barely can use the messaging app let alone another thing to remember. HELP PLEASE!!
When changing a wake up alarm, the change (what was done) stays on the screen . I can't see anything underneath.
On my Samsung Ultra S22 I have issues with the (title?) what was completed, staying on the phone screen for a minute or so. It doesn’t go away right away- I can’t see what is underneath the title or whatever it is called to type the name of the new alarm time? It is hard to describe. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix this?
tmobile is garbage and i have proof
Just to help understand how terrible TMobile really is imagine creating a "social account" just so I can come here and reflect how terrible they actually are. If it wasn't for the arrangement I'm currently in I would never ever consider tmobile in any way. Imagine any issue you would ever possibly have with a phone company and you can guarantee to have said issues with TMobile. Imagine any benefit you could reap from a phone company and you will experience none of those with TMobile. TMOBILE IS ABSOLUTELY 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️
Texting issues when connected to WiFi
I've been having an issue for about a week now where as soon as my phone connects to Wifi, I begin having issues sending and receiving text messages. I've been having the same issue as well as my Girlfriend, her Mom, and her Daughter all having the exact same issues when on WiFi. This includes 4 different phones, 3 different Samsung models and an iPhone. All T-Mobile devices. This issue seems to only be with text messaging. No issues with calls or any type of Data or internet related App. Just sending and receiving text messages.I called support last week because I was certain this was a known issue for many people, but was told it was not. I went through all the trouble shooting steps with the team and nothing they could do seemed to fix the issue. I cleared my cache, checked my data to ensure it was all setup correctly, I'm even now using a brand new Note 9 and still having the same issues. When I called originally I was using my s7 Edge.I've taken a few photos where you can see the
Unlock after trade in
So I traded in a note 20 ultra for an S23 ultra, with a balance of 100 dollars left over to pay. They gave me a 50 dollar credit to my bill and then put the remaining balance as credit for 24 months. I asked whether I could unlock my phone once I pay off the 100 dollars I owe on the phone, as I would be out of the country for a year. I’ve been with T-Mobile for over four years now, and I have 3 other lines with them. I do not intend to switch phone companies but if push comes to shove I may. My problem is that T-Mobile is telling me that my service won’t be available after 3 months out of country due to being labeled as an extreme roamer. My phone will only be able to be used with Wi-Fi essentially being nothing more than a brick. I have elderly people I need to call who are also on my plan. How can I use my phone overseas if T-Mobile cuts my service after three months, or rather refuses to unlock my phone so I can use a SIM card while in another country. I’m not even trying to pull s
