Mangenta Max, doesn't have more discount for Upgrade the device?

I was checking to see if anyone is still on the Mangenta Max, there is no longer a discount for exchanging your device unless you upgrade to the Go5 Plus or Go5 Next plan.However, if you want to add a 3rd free line, they won't accept it because it's only for new customers.Is this really what's happening? Is T-Mobile leaving its old customers behind?

Undo report text spam messages

I appreciate the report text spam option available when you press and hold a  message for more information. But the option is right under view details and I accidentally reported someone’s message as spam.   Then the text I get back from t-mobile gives you no way to undo it. It just sends you to the SMS spam page. Please create an undo for this or at least a second confirmation.

Poor video quality over text

Recently switched from Verizon. All videos sent via text seem t be really poor quality and small. Any way to adjust? Used to be on Verizon and iphone to iphone were good. Between iphone to android were poor. Now all seem poor.

Multiple Network IDs

I’ve had TMobile’s Wireless Home Internet for close to 3 years.  It works well but the Mobile Home Internet Management apps are deficient:  T-Mobile, T-Mobile Internet, T-Life, and T-Mobile.com restrict many functionalities that should be available to home internet technical users.You allow us to create multiple network id’s on our T-Mobile Wireless Home Gateways.  I have 3 defined on my KVD21 JT2DBE659.   However you DO NOT allow us to view WHICH devices are connected to WHICH network id.  Why Not ???   We’ve been asking for this for years.  Some of us isolate device functionality in our networks by creating multiple networks thus maintaining ease of troubleshooting and security management.  This works great, but when you CANNOT see which devices are connected to which network id. - that just SUCKS.  Weh are you going to get this operational?  What does it take to get someone on the management team with a brain to document this and have it placed on the functionality development list

TLife app "Add Device" button disappeared

I set up my TMobile Home Internet via the TLife app and added 12 devices.Now I’d like to add a wireless printer but the “Add Device” button from the app disappearedI can’t do a manual add since the printer (Brother) restrict me to a 7 character password and TMobile requires 8 or more charactersI’ve had 2 conversations with the tech people and there is no answer as of yet Does anyone out there know of a solution?thanks in advance

Help! Just switched from Verizon now no cell service with TMobile

Ported over 3 numbers today - mine is still tied to Verizon somehow even though the rep on the phone ported over all 3 numbers. Gah! Can’t make calls or send messages. Any tips? Thank you!

Prepaid phone gets dropped calls to Spectrum landline

I have T mobile prepaid.When I call my spectrum landline. The phone rings twice and then no dial tone.Spectrum thinks prepaid number is coded as spam.Spectrum tech came out and replaced all cables and modem.I called a neighbor’s Spectrum landline and same thing happened. 2 rings and then no tone.I can call other cell & landlines phones  with my prepaid phone with no issues. My tracfone can call Spectrum landline with no problem.T mobile chat said to  go to a T mobile store.I use to have the $3 plan, but I switched to the $10 plan when this problem happened. Any solutions? thanks

switching from Magenta Max to Go5G getting the same discounts and 3rd line free?

I currently have Magenta Max and have a good deal with the 3rd line free and insider discount. I need a new phone and was going to purchase a new phone from Apple but I see Tmobile has $830 phone with trade in and upgrade to Go5g. I am being told if I switch over that there wont be a change in my monthly bill because they will transfer over the 3rd line for free and the insider discount plus I would be getting the phone for $830 off. It seems to good to be true and I don’t want to be stuck in a very expensive plan so I am trying to see if this is true if anyone has experience with it.

Business account local representative

I have a business account and was assigned a personal representative that actually resides in my area.It often takes her 48+ hours to respond if I get a response at all. I usually end up having to communicate with T-Mobile’s offshore customer service reps.I have asked customer service multiple times on the phone to please set me up with a new representative so I at least know when I have an issue I have someone that can take care of it.How else can I get this handled?On top of that, I have NEVER gotten a response from texting 611

Text Message "Not sent. Tap to try Again"

I frequently get the following error message when sending text message:“Not sent. Tap to try Again”. This happens WAY TOO often and is super frustrating.  I have tried to restart my phone and power cycle with no resolution. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours and multiple “taps” to finally get the message to send. This never happened until I got a new Motorola Edge 2022 phone a few months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

T-Mobile will not let me return phone

I was told by a T-mobile phone rep that I could have 1 line on 2 different phones. They mailed me a new phone, and I have spent HOURS over the past month trying to make this work. I have had multiple phone calls with T-Mobile, and have gone into the store twice. I was finally told that the only way to make this work is by going through the DIGITS app. Once this was explained to me, I realized this would NOT be a good solution to my problem. So, I asked T-Mobile to cancel all of the DIGITS items and just switch back to one line for one phone. I want to return the extra phone I have that I’m not using at all now, and T-Mobile will not take it back becuase I am 2 days past the 30-day return policy. This was T-Mobile’s fault for telling me something could be done that cannot be done, and I spent over the 30 days trying to figure it out and make it work. I have been a T-mobile customer for over 20 years. I can’t believe they would not do the right thing and take the phone back. I have perso

Ho to habe two SIMs for two devices (only one active at a time) under same phone number?

Hi! This year, together with my family, we celebrate twenty years as very pleased (at least until now) T-Mobile customers.My current phone device - which is still in perfect working order - is a Cat S61 (https://www.gsmarena.com/cat_s61-9076.php).  However, it's six year old and only 4G.  Very unfortunately, its maker (Bullitt Group) went defunct this past January, leaving it without any future worthy successors.The primary worthy successors I found are those offered by Ulefone.  From them I just obtained the Armor 27T Pro (https://www.ulefone.com/products/armor-27t-pro, https://www.ulefone.com/a/pf_preview?id=5bb53063-6db2-4df0-a6c4-a3d09cb1f25d) which I received a bit over a week ago and it (using WiFi and a USB C-C cable) with its Android 14 OS loaded itself with all the apps from the Android 9 Cat S61 that are applicable to its Android 14.I haven't yet placed a SIM on the Armor 27T - that's the subject of this conversation.I'd like to keep my present Cat S61 with its present 4G SIM
