Download speed has dropped off badly … I have discussed the problem with T-Mobile tech support and they told me the problem has to do with the volume of internet traffic at those times. This problem will not go away by itself and will likely get worse. I want to know that T-Mobile is aware of this problem and I want to know what steps T-Mobile is taking to remedy it. I want to know a timeline for resolving it, is it a week, a month, or a year down the line. Unfortunately, T-Mobile Home Internet is given the lowest priority when it comes to data, as explained in their terms & conditions, and on the Home Internet page.
