Just got off line with support and he said they are aware of the issue and will be sending out codes on/after October 7th. I hope that is correct.
Why is this not easier? Are there any support lines for promotions?
Received the Amazon code today. Used the link provided to Amazon. Applied the code sent. It then said that the code has expired. Now what?
