I recently (last 2 weeks) switched from Xfinity to t-mobile in North Naperville/North Plainfield area. I received a black Arcadyan gateway. On speed check I am getting around 200+ mbps download and 25 mbps upload speed. The main issue is I lose Internet connection frequently almost on all connected devices laptops, TVs, Phones ….Not sure how to resolve this problem. Frquent resetting does not resolve the problem. On this board I am not seeing any resolution either although there are many posts here on this same issue.T-mobile support - please help
