I’ve read numerous posts about the issues with Home Internet and the KVD21. I’m experiencing same thing as everyone else. I started out this summer with OK service and it’s steadily degraded ever since. It is now terrible. Connection goes up and down, slow speeds, very inconsistent (the only way I’m able to be on this web page and typing right now is because I’m tethered to my phone instead). I’ve had three long calls with customer care and I am on my second gateway device. I’m ready to go back to Centurylink. Is there any hope? Does T-Mo know what is wrong and doing anything to mitigate it and fix it? I don’t mind being an early adopter and going through some lumps in the process, but I need to know that there might be a solution coming sometime in the near term. I live in Seattle, in the city. There is great coverage on my phone.
