Just bought a JeXtream RG2100, I am trying to navigate to http://mobile.hotspot as indicated in the Quick Start Guide (QSG).

I get a list of related mobile hotspots with TMO services listed 1st, all links take me to different tmobile.com services and ask for my tmo account login credentials, but once i logged in, i do not see any page/link specifically for mobile.hotspots.

I assume this is different from the jextream.net/activate admin page. the screen on the QSG of the http://mobile.hotspot does not resemble that of the jextream admin page, which I already set up. 

What am i doing wrong? any ideas, suggestions on accessing the mysterious http://mobile.hotspot would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you are not connecting your device to the hotspot first.  You should be connected first, before using http://mobile.hotspot.

I am trying to change the settings on my new hotspot device, and am following the steps suggested. But once I get to the page where am being asked to enter my password I can’t move forward. Which password is needed if it isn’t taking my account password or the hotspot one. Can anyone help me out.
