My son’s watch microphone seems to be out? He can hear us but we can’t hear him. Any recommendations?
We just set my son's up today and it's doing the same thing. Currently looking for answers do he can use it.

Any progress with non working microphone???
Strangely enough, we accidentally washed ours, but found it before it went through the dryer, and it magically started working?? Crazy. Once this one goes, I'll never buy another one of these, they consistently have issues.
