Just really annoyed that my kids Sync Up watch is not charging for the last two days. It is on the cradle, being hooked to a charger for the last two days and the watch still says low charge and wont budge from that message. What can I do at this point? I have tried two different cable and charger.

Im in the same boat. Its crazy!!!!!


This seems to be the issue on another thread as well.  We are also around the 4 month mark too.  Someone said they were able to get it working again for a little while after resetting the watch.  I’m still trying to figure out how to do that.
