Sync Up Tracker won't charge anymore

I’ve been using my Sync Up Tracker for about a year and now it doesn’t change anymore. The cable hasn’t been subjected to any damage. It just doesn’t charge the Tracker now. Unfortunately, it takes some kind of bizarre electrical connection so I can’t just use a normal micro USB or USB C type cord. And of course it spontaneously goes offline all the time without warning but I don’t think I’m going to get any help on that - I see people complaining about that all the time and the company just ignores them. I’d just be happy now if it charged.

After 18 months mine did the same so I paid it off and canceled the service. Tmobile told me they could send me another but I wasn't using it much.
