Why does the SyncUp watch not have a sound notification when receiving a text? Sound and vibration is on in settings but it doesn’t work for texts!
Within virtual boundaries it doesn’t make noise. Once I removed them it started working.
We were experiencing the same issue. What fixed it was holding down the main watch button for a few seconds and setting "restart" from the menu that pops up. After it rebooted, the text sounds came back. Hope that helps.
I’m having the same issue. Watch doesn’t receive notification for text messages. Watch is brand new, I haven’t setup boundaries yet. Did you get it to work?
