SyncUp Kids Watch not visible to Group Members

I purchased this watch a week ago and have nothing but issues setting up contacts. We followed every instruction to the letter only to have it work for some but not for all, or to have it work temporarily then stop all together for no reason after no changes have been made. The latest issue is every member of the group we have set up all of a sudden can no longer see the watch on their apps, only each other. This includes designated Guardians. I am the only one as the Admin that is able to see the watch, which defeats the purpose of the group. Has anyone else experienced this issue all of a sudden? How did you remedy?
