SyncUp Watch not receiving inbound texts

I just received my child’s SyncUp watch and am working on setting it up. Noticed that we aren’t receiving inbound text messages. We are able to send text messages though, just not getting any in. Anyone else come across this issue. Is there any troubleshooting steps to fix this? I’ve already tried restarting and I did turn it off and on.

Have the same issue.  Does anyone know what the solution to this is?  


I ended up having to call their customer service for assistance. It was an issue with the phone number. They assigned a new number to the phone and that fixed the issue.
