I just bought the Syncup KIds Watch, and when I got it home I was able to pair it to the app, but then all of a sudden the app said that it could not setup the profile and that we had to unpair the watch and factory rest it. After that when trying to pair it keeps telling me that its the wrong rate plan. I have been on chat and phone calls with support where they say its the correct plan and that its a known issue. Anyone else having this problem and please can someone help me.
