Still happening, apparently over the past four years. Every other thread has been marked “solved” though none were. It would be nice to have a solution to this.
Users are able to sign in, but even though they get past OKTA, the are getting a 503 error during the handoff to the new server. So in my case, I can sign in and see some information, but I can’t access any of my account services.
This happens on my wifi and cell data; it happens in every browser, in both private and familiar windows, as well as in the app and Safari on my phone. It would be nice to have a soution for this.
