Unable to view billing details

This is really pissing me off. I’m extremely upset that this matter is not resolved.  I’ve been experiencing this issue all week.  I called 2 days ago and was told that my issue was logged and someone would get back to me and no one ever did.  I need to see my billing details.  Why can’t they get this fix.  In looking at this forum others have had this issue as well.  What is the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
