Tmobile Tuesday not working on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge OS 8.0

Does anyone from T-Mobile read these post?    It been well over a month

and I have not heard any comments from T-Mobile on a work around for

phones that don’t and will never have anything higher than android 8.0.

The phone a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge works perfectly on all my apps

except T-Life and because of that I know longer have access to the Tuesday Deals.

I have been waiting patiently for a fix from T-Mobile but not a word.

Same and still looking for an answer 3+ months later… 

& Very disappointing, been a customer for over 22 yrs, T-Mobile doesn’t seem too worried or bothered about it either. 😪

The Samsung s7 Edge is running am Android version that is well beyond being supported.  A lot of newer apps do not support legacy versions of Android.

In my case I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with Android 8.0 and the only app that does not work

among many installed and working perfectly apps is the T-Mobile Tuesday app.

I have many technical apps that are far more complicated than the T-Mobile Tuesday app

which should be able to run on something as simple as Android 4, never mind Android 9.0.

A simple interim fix would be to make the the T-Moblie Tuesday benefits available on

a webpage until they can get someone technical enough to write the app for Android 8.0 and above.
