IT advised me last week for the T-Mobile Tuesdays contest to win $1,000.00 spending cash for the holidays that I won. I saved it to my stuff, I pressed the link and received a message stating that T-Mobile had a technical issue. The past week I have chatted with T-Mobile representatives saying that they will get this resolved yet today a T-Mobile supervisor is telling me she can not even locate the contest.

Grateful for Gloucester, MA staff!

I am so appreciative of the staff at my local T-Mobile store, I wanted to find somewhere to leave positive feedback. We switched just over a year ago and I could not be happier. We finally decided to expand our services, and Sebastien was incredibly thorough, patient, helpful and shared every option possible to help me find what I was looking for. He was very upfront about what things would cost and never made me feel pressured. One of the items I ordered had to be shipped to me. When I stopped by this evening after receiving the iPad in the mail, due to a staff shortage, the store was just being closed. It was already alarmed, and the door locked, but the assistant manager Nosh greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. All I needed was his assistance to put the Sim card in my new iPad so he swiftly took care of it and reminded me if I needed anything else to stop back at the store tomorrow. This type of service never occurred with my former provider, everyday I am so gra

It was a good ride...

After 2+ years with T-Mobile on Magenta Max 55+, it was time to move on. Overall the experience was a positive one and served me well while waiting for a more reliable home internet option which has now arrived.In general no complaints other than the ill-advised change to autopay discount. It really came down to subpar coverage at home where most of my usage is now. On the road T-Mobile was great, but infortunately I don't live in the median, shoulder or rest area on I-95 and for cell service it came down to best and most reliab le cell coverage (phone and text) at home at the lowest price.

Hi everyone! My name is Keirsten and I’m simply making this post bc I can’t seem to find any other way to express my appreciation and say thank you to t-mobile !! I have recently fell on hard times in my life, and money is hard to come by for me at the moment. It’s not that I don’t have a job and don’t work or whatever, but I am living in a homeless shelter right now. I’m working for people ready and jobs aren’t always steady or long enough to make much money! It’s almost Christmas and I’m scared I’m not going to be able to get my 3 kids much this year.. so I’m just very down and depressed. It’s like I can’t catch a break and I’m just trying everyday to not let this temporary situation beat me! Anyways, I wanted to say THANK YOU to t mobile for working with me on my payments and not just shutting my phone service off, like most every other phone companies do! Commendation for an excellent customer service

I would like to do a recommendation to this girl named Maria of your Slidell La location. I have never experienced such great customer service til I visited your store and asked how I could back up my files and have it transferred to my new device. She took time to assist me, explain how its done and talked about your newest promo for the all in, no taxes and fees. I was on a 35 plan, no data and she informed me that I can upgrade my plan to 40 and have data, since I am not much into internet but is starting to like the idea of being able to do so anywhere. I will be upgrading to unlimited data once I feel the need for it. She asked for a referral and I would be very happy to refer your store to my family and friends with this kind of experience. She valued me as a customer and your company is valuable to me having such a great employee like her. Keep up the good work.

Booked a hotel room through t mobile travel when I arrived the first room I was given had holes in the walls and black paint or rubber or something across the floors, the second room had black stuff all over the floors also and cockroaches the hotel could not accommodate me so they gladly cancelled my reservation when I did not receive my refund credit within the week I contacted them and was told I would have to go through t noodle to receive my refund so I contacted t mobile via email and advised them of the situation and was told they would confirm the cancellation so that I could receive my refund after over a week went by I contacted them via phone and was told they had to confirm cancellation and would be contacted in 3-5 days still nothing told the same thing once again finally the last person I spoke to flat out said per the third party booking company policy it was non refundable, mind you someone has been refunded my money because I have the receipt from the hotel and if they

I got the iPad but the ONLY option of using T-Mobile MONEY is the iPhone app. I hope this change in the future. Also T-Mobile app as well. I hope the app works in portrait and landscape mode.

T-Mobile money account link with mint / plaid

Several threads relating to T-mobile money linking account with mint have been closed as *SOLVED*. However, I do not see this solved yet, there’s no way to link with mint. I wanted to use this for direct pay, have been waiting for solution. Please either provide solution or confirm that t-mobile can’t be linked with Mint / plaid. Do not just close it as SOLVED. That’s not correct.Can’t link t-mobile mobile money account with mint. $50 gift card

I received an email today to activate my $50 gift card online. I clicked on the tab in the email, which sent me to another site, which asked me to register or sign in. I tried to register, but it would not let me. So I tried to sign in, which it did not recognize. Then it locked me out. During this time, I was sent to another page, which asked me for my gift card number, and the 3 number card pin, which I do not have, because I do not have a physical card. No card has been mailed to me.I tried to call Customer Service but after being on a long hold, I gave up. I will try to call them when I have more time. Does anyone have any experience with these gift cards, and how to go about setting up, or logging on, and how to get the required information to activate the card, without a physical card in hand? Could you please guide me in the correct direction.Thank you!

Voicemail just... gone?

Ever since June or earlier my voice mail box has been missing. I don’t mean deactivated or inactive, the voicemail box just doesn’t exist anymore. It worked fine for 6+ years but ever since T-Mobile and Sprint (i think) merged my box is just gone. Calling support and troubleshooting the problem a couple of times did not help. Anyone else have the same problem and have a solution?
