IT advised me last week for the T-Mobile Tuesdays contest to win $1,000.00 spending cash for the holidays that I won. I saved it to my stuff, I pressed the link and received a message stating that T-Mobile had a technical issue. The past week I have chatted with T-Mobile representatives saying that they will get this resolved yet today a T-Mobile supervisor is telling me she can not even locate the contest.
I am so appreciative of the staff at my local T-Mobile store, I wanted to find somewhere to leave positive feedback. We switched just over a year ago and I could not be happier. We finally decided to expand our services, and Sebastien was incredibly thorough, patient, helpful and shared every option possible to help me find what I was looking for. He was very upfront about what things would cost and never made me feel pressured. One of the items I ordered had to be shipped to me. When I stopped by this evening after receiving the iPad in the mail, due to a staff shortage, the store was just being closed. It was already alarmed, and the door locked, but the assistant manager Nosh greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. All I needed was his assistance to put the Sim card in my new iPad so he swiftly took care of it and reminded me if I needed anything else to stop back at the store tomorrow. This type of service never occurred with my former provider, everyday I am so gra
After 2+ years with T-Mobile on Magenta Max 55+, it was time to move on. Overall the experience was a positive one and served me well while waiting for a more reliable home internet option which has now arrived. In general no complaints other than the ill-advised change to autopay discount. It really came down to subpar coverage at home where most of my usage is now. On the road T-Mobile was great, but infortunately I don't live in the median, shoulder or rest area on I-95 and for cell service it came down to best and most reliab le cell coverage (phone and text) at home at the lowest price.
I don’t know about you, but I have completely gotten rid of regular cable service and switched over to streaming services almost exclusively. (I say almost because who doesn’t love going to a movie theater once in a while?) With all of the streaming services available, there is a way to watch just about anything nowadays. I love that T-Mobile partners with so many of the streaming companies and guess what! Another one is coming to our lineup!ViX Premium is a streaming service that offers over 10,000 hours of Spanish-speaking content including news, sports, and original series, along with so much more. I'm looking to learn Spanish and I want to sign up because I've been told that watching Spanish TV is a great first step to getting used to the language. PLUS starting August 11th T-Mobile is offering a ViX Premium ON US deal, so if I have the right plan why not get it for free and try it out?Limited-time offer; subject to change. Anyways, I wanted to say THANK YOU to t mobile for working with me on my payments and not just shutting my phone service off, like most every other phone companies do! I appreciate the fact that you all are willing to give me more time, anytime I need it bc I don’t know what I would do otherwise

I would like to do a recommendation to this girl named Maria of your Slidell La location. I have never experienced such great customer service til I visited your store and asked how I could back up my files and have it transferred to my new device. She took time to assist me, explain how its done and talked about your newest promo for the all in, no taxes and fees. I was on a 35 plan, no data and she informed me that I can upgrade my plan to 40 and have data, since I am not much into internet but is starting to like the idea of being able to do so anywhere. I will be upgrading to unlimited data once I feel the need for it. She asked for a referral and I would be very happy to refer your store to my family and friends with this kind of experience. She valued me as a customer and your company is valuable to me having such a great employee like her. Keep up the good work.

Having a username is integral to being able to ask questions and provide answers here on the Community. We want you to have fun and be as creative as you like when creating your username. There are a couple things we want to avoid:Don’t use your phone number or email address as your username - everyone can see it and we don’t want it to put your information at risk. Stay away from using foul language – This is a family friendly zone and we want everyone to be comfortable coming here for all the greatness that is offered. We understand that things happen and usernames need to be changed for whatever reason. That is why I am here to help. If you need (or want) to change your username, you can post in this thread and include what you would like your username to be. I will get it changed and you see the updates automatically. Easy Peasy :D
Wowza! This summer seemed to fly by. I personally love summertime because of the warmth and sense of adventure that comes with school being out. My family tries to maximize the summertime by finding fun things to do at home or seeking excitement out and about. With the amazing adventures you were having you may have missed the new phones that were launched over the last few months. My favorite part of being in the Magenta Family has been seeing how T-Mobile shakes things up to get rid of antiquated practices and eliminate customer pain points. T-Mobile is up to some more great shenanigans. Today we announce the new Un-carrier Move: PHONE FREEDOMYou know how it feels like the new guy always gets the good stuff? New babies get all the attention. New coworkers get all the good feedback. New customers get the better promotions. Well T-Mobile is here to disrupt this norm by introducing the new Go5G plan. Go5G and Go5G Plus offer more hotspot data and the Go5G Plus plan gives new and existing customers the same great device deals. Gone are the days of missing out on a major deal because you have been with the company for months or years. The new plans are great, but we have more. Phone Freedom is also bringing enhancements to our switcher programs. Carrier Freedom lets us reimburse you for your remaining device balance with your old carrier when you switch to us, trade

I have found dozens of people like me who were defrauded by T-mobile money. They were blocked from accessing their account and their money wasn’t returned by T-mobile when the account was closed. I received an email today to activate my $50 gift card online. I clicked on the tab in the email, which sent me to another site, which asked me to register or sign in. I tried to register, but it would not let me. So I tried to sign in, which it did not recognize. Then it locked me out. During this time, I was sent to another page, which asked me for my gift card number, and the 3 number card pin, which I do not have, because I do not have a physical card. No card has been mailed to me.I tried to call Customer Service but after being on a long hold, I gave up. I will try to call them when I have more time. Does anyone have any experience with these gift cards, and how to go about setting up, or logging on, and how to get the required information to activate the card, without a physical card in hand? Could you please guide me in the correct direction.Thank you!
