T-Life Contests

I have an iphone 14.  When I successfully complete the puzzles required to enter a giveaway, the “submit” button is always displayed under the various contest rules and will not activate.  There doesn’t seem to be a way to move it away from the overwriting text.  Has anyone solved this?

Magenta Pass perks?

I’ve gotten to go to the Magenta Lounge at the TMobile Center in KC. Wondering if anyone knows what other venues offer something similar? I’m attending a show at Mission Ballroom in Denver this weekend, which offered tickets through this app, but nowhere mentions a lounge. It’s worth it to go 3 hours early if there is one!

Dollar Car Rental Discount - problems

LOVE this discount! It’s significant and valuable.  I’ve used it twice so far--both times had significant problems on Dollar’s end.  Make sure you a) make your reservation through the T-Life app and b) screenshot/save your Reservation showing the Discount Code.  You will need it later when Dollar charges you for fuel fill up (at highest price) and a service fee.Thanks, T-Mobile for this benefit!

Anyone else get scammed by Rose Farmers?

I used the Rose Farmers promotion for the $30 flowers or whatever and they promised 2 day free shipping. Now it's FIVE DAYS. They gave me a $40 credit on my NEXT order but they won't do anything about the present situation, just sorry, tough luck. They offer a guaranteed delivery option on their website for five bucks and I guess if you don't take that they'll take as long as they want to ship perishable, fresh flowers to you. Now I have to use PayPal purchase protection to try to get my money back. What a headache and a waste. If you see this promo do NOT take it, tell your friends. The Rose Farmers promo is a scam.

Just wondering...under Usage on the data... when it says internet access and the mb does that mean the phone accessed the internet or that someone had to be using it in order for it to access the internet.

MONEY app connection error

I created an account on 6/10. Have gotten a connection error message on the app ever since. Called cust Spt twice now. Both times told that my account was deactivated due to a glitch. Both times told my issue was elevated. Not sure how it takes 20 some days to figure it out and cannot just delete it so I can reapply?? done before I even started. Really frustrating to see them pushing a service so hard that is known to be glitchy how would I trust that I wouldn’t have the same lock out issues as others on here after that? Anyone with same issue find their solution?

Club Magenta

My daughter and her friend are going to T-Mobile Center in KC for a concert soon. My daughter is Club Magenta, but her friend is not. Does that mean that my daughter and her friend cannot enter at the Club Magenta entrance, or will they let her friend in with her since she is Club Magenta?

5G Home - DIGITS Not Included

GOOD TO KNOW:People who pay for T-Mobile 5G Home Internet will NOT have access to the advertised T-Mobile DIGITS app feature as a of the 5G Home Internet service. What I expected from T-Mobile 5G - A customer greeting, onboarding welcome, some sort of “This is how you use it”.  service agents prepared to acknowledge and handle the various questions likely to be presented by the new 5G Home Internet customers as the service is in heavily promoted in rural areas currently. Logistics. We don’t need to stinkin logistics! Naw. None of that. In fact, when the device came and I sought assistance, the person on the chat… man, I had the answers already pulled up and evaluated as the “wrong answer” for my circumstance, by the time she found the correct chat-response-template. Ridiculous. Anyone can read. Well. I guess not. But. LOL. seriously. that’s not support. It’s not an AI. I mean, allegedly had transferred me to a human. Who knows.

I’m having the worse time trying to cancel my Dollar Car rental booked thru TLife offer booked thru them, not Dollar. Dollar send me to 3rd party where books and Tlife has no option to even modify let alone cancel

The OnePlus Nord N300 5G has been on the shelves for a couple weeks now.  It has a thinner design than previous generations, a reasonable price tag, and totes some pretty cool features.As a mom, there are a few things that make all the difference when it comes to the devices I use regularly. Battery and camera are at the top of that list. The OnePlus Nord N300 5G has a 5000mAh battery and can get up to a day’s worth of power in about 30 minutes with the included charger. Less time sitting on the charger and more time in your hand taking pictures, looking up fun activities, or watching videos with your tiny humans. What’s not to love? A 48MP camera is pretty impressive and it has blur reduction of videos. I am definitely not the best at taking pictures and videos but features like that can make it way easier to capture those important moments with better quality. where can i compliment an employee

March 30, I went into a Tmobile store to add my daughter in law to my account.  She was currently a Sprint customer.. well, I thought it would be a quick 20-30 mins in and out.  NOPE 2 hours later we walked out of the store frustrated and w/o accomplishing anything! We had to call customer care, absolutely waste of time. Language barrier, not understanding what we were talking about, etc. But we did find Alishya... omg, she was an absolute SAINT.  she was helping me and another customer and talking to customer care when they were not doing or understanding what I was trying to do.   I can NOT say enough about this young woman.  Alishya is awesome! I'm still very frustrated because customer care messed up everything, charged me $30 for a SIM card and postdated my order for April 8.  I wanted to walk out of Tmobile on March 30 with a new phone and a new line but I didn't.
