I have over 300 messages on my T-Mobile Gateway tower. How do I block these from ever appearing and what is the point of even having this feature? The print is too small to read, and it takes forever to delete them one by one. Can this feature be deleted from the tower?

Try signing into your account and see if you can turn them off from there.
I’ve tried that, but where do I even look for it? I can’t find any kind of settings that would let me do that.

Not familiar with the account for the gateway but with a phone line you can shut them down from there.
Have you done a Google search?
The community manager offered info in the thread below. You may have to contact T-mobile to have them block the messages.
