My TMobile internet app is not allowing be to disconnect devices anymore. Says unable to disconnect at this time.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do? What is the point of disconnecting a device from, presumably, the gateway? Why not just turn the device off or unplug it?


I have the same issue with a device that I don't recognize. I have a neighbor that can get on to it and I know the names of their devices. I have been all over Tmo for some time know and get about the same  crap as bocaboy retarded comment. Friqueing geniuses! Kirkcountry, did you ever get a solution, if so which line of TMobile's script of troubleshooting worked, ? Restart device , power cycle , let me check something's,... There's work being done on the tower your pinging off off , they have 900 seconds to get customer off the phone or they get wrote up . If customer calls back within 7 days they get wrote up and docked..
