Trying to triage the issue below and the tech read from some specification documents that the new models do not support IP4, you must upgrade to a business plan

The following was from my PC wired into the hub

My old hub had issues and had to be replaced. New hub worked fine but with some oddities to some sites. Triaged the issue to IP4 sites appearing to be blocked.
