I logged into my account  to download bills, it says: you don't have permission to access. This account  used to have 2 lines.  Now only one line left. I am the only  user of the line. What permission should I  get to download  bills?

The primary account holder has to grant the permission.

Being there's only 1 line left you will need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.


I am the primary. How do I get in to my account.
