What's the issue? This is basically a user to user forum with some T-Mobile moderation that don't have account access.
Well 23 years has my 21 years beat however I can agree the Business customer care is a complete joke.
Since 5-22 I haven't been able to login to see a bill was able get on auto pay then. Since then I have been getting the run around. After my dedicated Business care rep closed the ticket today I get to start over again.
