We’re spending more and more time in Mexico, though the US is still our home. Some trips will exceed 6 months. In order to access our accounts via 2FA, I need VOIP and SMS over WIFI for my US-numbered phones. (Cellular is poor & not needed.) I also need to ensure that my US number does not get deleted or reassigned. Can TMO offer some solution???

Not really. When you roam more than 50%, even domestically, you’re at risk of having your account blocked.

You can try porting to Google voice but check out their international rates before you do. It's was $20 a line to port.
