I had a great representative today with T-Mobile and I would like to 5 star Nilo for making my concern be at ease.

Rep David M. Needs a raise!! Sooner rather than later!! I have been in customer service for years, so I know when the Rep is just here for the check.

 I was very upset when the call started- when the call was over, I couldn’t stop singing his praises. He showed me that the impossible is possible, when you know what you are doing!! When the caller has an emergency situation-not life or death- and puts the call on hold, you fear the Rep didn’t understand, so it’s a coin toss. Not with David M. He’s REALLY GOOD at what he does -wish I could get him every time I call-Really!! He’s just that good. Thank you for your help-service with compassion is a match in Heaven!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++
