Can I change my service address if I have a current payment arrangement? I’m moving soon and I don’t know if I will have the money to pay it on top of moving costs but I want to keep my Wi-Fi.

Try contacting T-Mobile support using messenger on one of their social media platforms to see if they can help.
You should be able to update your address anytime. Check out the steps on our Update your profile information T-Mobile Support page.
