Has anyone else had the horrible hard-headed customer support I have experienced? I am beginning to think that they are trained to ignore what you say, and do as they please.
bypass calling in and contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..you start off with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.

I was surprised to have a very pleasant experience with the Philippine call center recently. I actually asked if she was in Birmingham because she had such a neutral US accent.
