Does anyone have an address for the website manager?  There is a broken link on t-mobile.com at the bottom of the page for Family Mode.  Oddly the contact us link is also broken for customer service.

are you trying to do the chat through the contact us area or are you clicking it and its not taking you anywhere?

 

clicked on family mode and it took me right in. change up your browser maybe? or clear cache/history?

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~
