When I signed up last month the rep told me that I didn’t have to pay any up front money but then told me i needed to pay 109 dollars which would be credited back to me. This money I paid does not show anywhere on my account and no credit was issued. I talked with someone at support and they couldn’t find it either. Where did it go?

Did you sign up in the store or online? In either case you should have received a receipt for any money you paid. If you don’t have proof of any money being paid I’m not sure what options you have available to you.


Did you buy any phones? If so you would of needed to pay taxes on them.
