If you have a post paid plan , you can sign into your MyTmobile account
and go back a year on your bills and find phone numbers that way.
I had a T mobile account about 3 or 4 years ago. How do I get my old telephone number?

Do you want the number back or do you need to find a number you called or called you?
Either way you will need to call Tmobile.
It was my son’s old T-mobile ph number
