Good day. I’m currently outside the U.S. and didn’t make use of this line as of yet. The bill expired and I would like to make the payment but I have no service. Is there a way you can help me?

Thanks for your reply. I tried that out ready but I have no service. it won’t let me make any calls. I tried setting up wifi calling but it states I have to contact T-Mobile to set that up. So I’m in a dead end street
