Ordered a phone but it hasn't shipped yet

I ordered a Galaxy S21 FE on Friday, January 28. I’ve called every day asking about the status of the order. No one can tell me why it hasn’t shipped yet. Also, my charge to ship the phone was pending on my bank account. Now it is no longer there. Does this mean the order is no longer active? Why is it taking so long? 

I just want the phone!! lol

Oh we definitely don’t want you to wait any longer for that phone. A good rule of thumb is that the device will ship sometime after your card is charged. Makes me wanna focus on the charge not going through first. I’d contact your back to make sure they didn’t cancel the payment for some odd reason. If they haven’t you can always check the status of your order using your online account. The last resort would be placing the order again if it didn’t go through the first time it was placed.
