I am to receive a payment for the cost of switching my cable service. I completed the required forms and it has been moths and the payment has not been received. The tracking ID is NYZW-8936-1955. The ID # for the amount of $90.00 is 474784644.

I called and spoke to an associate who promised that action will be taken to resolve the matter. the case # is 2272620.

I am disappointed in the manner in which this aspect of the promotion has been managed.

This is a basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
