The promotion code I was given in order to receive the $150 prepaid Mastercard doesn’t work. Has anyone been able to find a phone number or contact to get this problem resolved?

Thanks. I was able to find a phone number and get a live person. The promotion code I had been given was not functional. They gave me a new one.
