As a Sprint customer, if I try to chat with T-Mobile Customer Service, I’m redirected to the following page:

https://www.sprint.com/en/landings/chat/chatwithus.html

There is never a chat button on that page. Sprint CS is available for chat 0% of the time.

I also shouldn’t be barred from chatting with T-Mobile CS in the first place.

I checked out the link you posted, and the chat pops up on the side after a few seconds for you. You could try clearing your browser cache, giving your computer a restart, then trying again. We also have a chat option on the T-Mobile support page that’ll work for you. If you have a Twitter account, you can also message the @TMobileHelp handle. Either way, there are a few different ways you can get Care regardless of whether you were with Sprint or not.
