I have tried using the app for for months. Im order to check my account or pay my bill. Every time I get an error  message  about technological difficulties  and I have to go to the website or call the customer service  number.

I have S21 if that helps

Have you tried a different browser?  Edge and FireFox always work for me.  I don’t personally use the app, but you might want to make sure the app has all of the permissions it needs to operate.  The app needs to be up to date as well.
