I have spent over 5 hours trying to get T-Mobile to properly set up the credit for my old phones. I have been unsuccessful and I’m so frustrated. Does anyone know a telephone number or email address of a resolution team that can assist with difficult issues? Going through 611 is a waste of time. Thank you.

you can try contacting TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..you start with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.

i have not had any issues contacting them that way and getting my issues resolved..dont really have that many issues over the years but they have always been able to handle it.
