"Unable to update AutoPay on Suspended Account" I am unable to do this online and must pay $5 to speak to a human to do this for me. Marketing Manager allowed free reign to destroy another company?

Due to fraudulent activity on my credit card it was cancelled and reissued. Now I must change details on my T-Mobile account. BIG DEAL! T-Mobile will not allow that online and I must pay $5 to speak to a human to do that which also entails hanging on hold forever. Most companies don’t want to hear your voice and use full automation as default. I really don’t want to hear your voice either on this occasion, it is unnecessary.

Have you tried making a payment so your account is returned to active status, then putting in your new card details and enabling autopay?  You can always reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter as an alternative to calling Customer Care at 611.

You can also try using guest pay.
