Why has t-mobile constantly overcharged me and now cut my service when I agreed to a payment plan , and I guess I'm gonna have to set up to file a complaint thru fcc or bbb when I got proof of there charged and what I paid and proof that their chat customer service agents disconnected from chat on purpose

No one here has access to your account.  This is primarily a peer help forum.  Customer Care or the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter would best be able to answer your questions.  However, even being on a payment plan, there are still late fees charged every month you have a past due balance.
